Stop *Shoulding* Yourself

How many times have you told yourself, "I should do ____"? For most of us, it is a daily habit to tell ourselves that we *should* be doing something - losing weight, working out, painting, finishing our book, etc.

But that language truly doesn't serve you. Telling yourself what you *should* do - or worse yet, what you "should have" done - can be sapping tons of energy, creativity, and focus away from us. In this video I explore this concept of should from a personal viewpoint and offer three techniques you can try to remove *should* from your vocabulary.

As a bonus this one contains some of my favorite drone videos that I’ve taken so far!
